Milavec Delivery Improvement

About the Project

The Town of Frederick completed the Lower Boulder Water change case in 2025. As a requirement of that process the Town must be able to deliver return flows to local streams and ditches to offset potential impacts of using the waters rights in an irrigation system instead of on the historic farm. The first improvement will involve extending a waterline from the existing raw water system to a concrete pipe that runs from the Fox Run neighborhood to the Godding Hollow.

Project Facts

  • Total Budget: $425,000
  • Total Construction Cost: TBD
  • Location: First improvement is located west of Milavec Lake, south of the Fox Run Neighborhood.
