- The Town needs to continue purchasing C-BT units to meet its obligations for pending and future development, while also providing CBT to incentivize development.

How would this project be funded?
The purchase of CBT units is supported by the Water Fund. The fees collected from developers for the CBT units are then treated as revenue for the Water Fund.
