The Comprehensive Plan is a guide used by the Board of Trustees and Town staff. It guides them in making decisions that best facilitate new growth in the town while preserving its historic, small-town feel. The plan begins with the community’s vision for the future. This is followed by a series of broad goals, specific policies, and detailed strategies to achieve that vision over time.
