Welcome to our Town's Submit a Report. To address your concerns directly with the team member who is knowledgeable about this matter, please use the 'Submit A Report' feature. You can submit questions and comments, view other tickets, track the progress of your submitted reports, and interact with a Team FRED member directly. Your report will be documented and directed to the right person for resolution. Thank you for helping us to serve you better!

Submit a Report is accessible on desktop and mobile devices through The Town App, which can be downloaded for free from the App Store or Google Play Store. This makes it even more convenient to stay up-to-date with town news and events, pay bills, and submit requests. Download the Town App and take your town experience to the next level!

Note: You do not need to log in to submit a report. However, logging in will help you track the progress of your report. This login is the same for your Online Utility Billing account and Town App login.
