What are my options if I receive a water shut-off notice?

Payment must be received at the Administrative Service Building (311 Fifth St.) no later than 5:00 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month to avoid being shut-off. You can make a payment in person (311 Fifth St.), over the phone (720)382-5500, or online Xpress Bill Pay. If you are unable to pay your bill, Xpress Bill Pay does offer a service called bill float that will allow you to make arrangements so that the bill is paid and will get you removed from the shut-off list.
