Frederick, CO is building a new 70,000+ SF Public Works & Engineering facility on a 10‑acre site at 7400 Eagle Blvd., designed for the next 50 years. The project includes two accessory buildings, fleet maintenance, storage, office space, water/sanitary upgrades, native landscaping, trail connections, and is funded with a $47.5 million guaranteed‑max lease‑purchase—no new taxes. Led by Dunakilly, RB+B, and FCI, construction begins Q2 2025 through Q4 2026, aligned with the town’s multi‑year Strategic Plans.
