1. Can I put in a “general” application for a position that is not posted on the website?

No, unfortunately the town only accepts applications for positions that are currently open and posted. However, you can create an application and save it for a position that may be posted in the future, without submitting it. Then when a position is posted, you can access your application using your User ID and Password, and submit the application you created previously.

2. If I apply for more than one job with the Town, do I have to complete a new application each time?

No you don’t! Once you complete an application for a position with the town, you will be prompted to create a User ID and Password, which you can use to log in and view the status of an existing application, or to create a new application for a different position without starting over from scratch.
