Residents who pay for trash service through their Town of Frederick utility bill can bring additional holiday waste to the Town of Frederick Public Works (7301 Eagle Blvd.), south gate entrance on the following days:
Drop-Off Dates:
- Monday, December 22
- Tuesday, December 23
- Friday, December 26
- Monday, December 29 – Wednesday, December 31
- Friday, January 2
- Monday, January 5 – Friday, January 9
Hours: 7:00 am to 2:30 pm (except December 31, closing at Noon)
How It Works:
- Check in with a staff member at the gate; they will verify your ID and direct you to the proper area.
- Discard your trash in the designated dumpsters.
- Staff cannot assist with unloading.
Accepted Items: Wrapping paper, ribbons, gift bags, holiday cards, packaging materials, disposable plates and cutlery, artificial Christmas trees, holiday lights, and food waste. This program is an exclusive benefit for Frederick residents.
