2019 Frederick in Flight & Glow Party Food Vendor Application

  1. Frederick in Flight Food Vendor Application - Due May 1, 2019

    The 9th annual Town of Frederick Hot Air Balloon Festival, Frederick in Flight will be held on June 21, 22, 23 2019. The event location is Centennial Park (630 8th Street). Breakfast Food Vendors will operate from 5 a.m. to 8 a.m. during the 3 morning lift offs (June 21,22,23). Glow Party Food trucks/vendors will operate from 4 p.m. - 9 p.m. on Saturday, June 22. You may sign up for more than one day/time. If you are unable to meet those time constraints, please indicate that in the booth details section.

  5. If you selected a Non-profit booth space, please provide your tax exempt ID or proof of 501c3 status.

  6. Please list the county and license number for your mobile food license. All vendors are required to fill out a separate online application with Weld County once you are approved for the event.

  7. What are your space requirements? Please describe the type of display (booth or truck) you will be setting up.

  8. Electrical Power Access*

    Please note, power access in the park is extremely limited.

  9. If you are requesting power, please be sure to list the amount of power needed in volts and amps.

  10. Please describe your style and list all food and beverage items you'll be selling. Please note that the Town has the right to request removal of any menu item.

  11. Please provide any pertinent details of your setup. You are required to provide you own canopy/tables/chairs as needed, ensure that the truck/booth is attended at all times during the event, and leave your booth area clean when the event is over. Booths are required to be open and available to event attendees during scheduled event times. Times are subject to change. You will be contacted regarding exact location approximately two weeks before the event.

  12. Payment and Questions

    Completed applications must be received by May 1, 2019. When your application has been approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions. For any questions about Frederick in Flight, please contact our events coordinator at awilson@frederickco.gov or 720-382-5513.

  13. Release

    I am the person responsible for the vendor booth and promise to obey all rules and will abide by any instructions given to me by Frederick in Flight event volunteers and staff and to hold harmless and defend on its behalf the Town of Frederick, their Directors, Officials, Members or Agents and the location/grounds on which this event is staged, from any and all loss, damage liability or injury resulting from my/our participation in Frederick in Flight and its related activities. I also authorize the Town of Frederick to take photographs of the booth and use them for any marketing related purposes. By typing your name in the box below, you agree to the statement above.
