The What's Developing Map displays our community's Land Development Applications and construction projects. Projects are uploaded to the map once submitted to the Town for review. You can view specific project information, such as application type, general description, planner contact info, and a link that opens up the plan sets under review. Here is a guide on how to use the What's Developing map:
1. Access the map. Go to the Town's website, FrederickCO.gov. On the home page, click on the Town Maps tile. This will take you to the GIS Resources page and the What's Developing map. You may all access the What's Developing Map on the Current Development Projects page.
2. Interact with the map. Once you're on the What's Developing map, you can interact with the map by zooming in and out or moving the map around to see different parts of the Town. Areas outlined in red represent various projects.
3. Find details on the map. To learn more about a specific project, click the project area. This will bring up a window with more information, such as the name of the development, its location, and a brief description of the project.
The What's Developing Map is a valuable resource for residents, business owners, and anyone interested in the development and growth happening in our community. It is a great way to see what is in the works for our Town's future and stay up to date on current development projects.
