Construction of the final repairs of the flood-damaged section of Aggregate Blvd (CR 7) will resume tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. At the end of October, CDOT approved the Town of Frederick to enter into a contract and issue a Notice to Proceed to Asphalt Specialties Co to complete the permanent paving of the section of Aggregate Blvd (WCR7) south of SH119. Asphalt Specialties has completed their surveying, soil work and equipment staging and will began construction last weekend. However, due to the weather, they were not able to complete the paving. In order to finish the paving, the weather must be in the 50s. After the recent warm weather, paving operations can begin tomorrow morning and may be finished by Saturday. Traffic will be single lane with flaggers until completion. As always, we appreciate your patience!
