Regular Town Board meetings are held in the Board Chambers at Town Hall on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month. Work sessions are held, as needed, on the first and third Tuesday of each month. The public is invited to attend all regular board meetings and work sessions.
Members of the public are invited to speak at regular board meetings during the public comment portion of the agenda, during which there is a five-minute time limit to address the Town Board regarding matters not on the regular agenda. Members of the public are invited to speak on regular agenda items during the public hearing portion of that item, with a time limit of three minutes. If you would like to address the Board as a separate agenda item, you must contact Nanette Fornof, Town Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on the Friday preceding the Board meeting.
Formal approved minutes of the Regular Sessions are prepared by the Town Clerk's office and are available on our website. Audios are also avaliable and can be obtained upon request at the Town Clerk's Office. The Town Clerk can be contacted either by Email or by calling 720.382.5500.
