The Frederick Cultural Arts Commission consists of seven (7) members and meets on the 1st Monday of each month at 10:00 a.m. in the Town Hall located at 401 Locust Street. The Commission is charged with providing information to the Board of Trustees regarding the performing arts as well as non-permanent art exhibits. This commission is also tasked with encouraging community participation in the performance arts (by providing opportunities for local artists/performers to “display their crafts” or otherwise), and also to research and pursue all possible grant opportunities for cultural arts-related activities and programs.
