New location! The 16th annual Town of Frederick Miners Day Celebration will be held on Saturday September 15, 2018. The exhibitor/vendor location is in Centennial Park (630 8th Street). Exhibitor/vendor booths are expected to operate from 11am-5pm and be in the park with all materials absolutely no later than 10am. All cars must be unloaded and moved by 10am. If you are unable to meet those time constraints, please indicate that in the booth details section.

If you selected a Non-profit booth space, please provide your tax exempt ID or proof of 501c3 status.
Please note, power access in the park is extremely limited.
If you are requesting power, please be sure to list the amount of power needed in volts and amps.
Please describe the type of display you will be setting up and list any merchandise you'll be selling at your booth. Please note that the Town has the right to request removal of any item that does not comply with the event criteria (for example, we don't allow any toy weapons to be sold at the event or any toys that will cause a significant cleanup problem, such as silly string).
Please provide any pertinent details of your booth setup. You are required to provide you own canopy/tables/chairs as needed, ensure that the booth is attended at all times during the event, and leave your booth area clean when the event is over. Booths are required to be open and available to event attendees from 11 am to 5 pm. You will be contacted regarding booth location approximately two weeks before the event.
Payments and completed applications must be received by August 10, 2018. When your application has been approved, you will receive an email with payment instructions. For any questions about Miners Day, please contact our events coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or 720-382-5513.
We do our very best to provide a family-friendly, fun event and appreciate your cooperation with all of the rules listed here as well as any requests from town staff and volunteers on the day of the event. Ensure your tent or canopy is weighted down with at least 20lbs in each corner. No toy weapons maybe given away or sold at the event. Please ensure your giveaways or items you're selling do not cause undue harm to the park facility (ie., no silly string, nothing that sprays color, etc.). We do not allow duplicate vendors from the same business or organization. If you apply and another person from the same business or organization has already been accepted to the event, you will be placed on the wait list. These rules may change as we get closer to the event. In the event that we have additional rules, we will send an email to alert all accepted vendors to the changes.
I am the person responsible for the vendor booth and promise to obey all rules and will abide by any instructions given to me by Miners Day volunteers and staff and to hold harmless and defend on its behalf the Town of Frederick, their Directors, Officials, Members or Agents and the location/grounds on which this event is staged, from any and all loss, damage liability or injury resulting from my/our participation in Miners Day and its related activities. I also authorize the Town of Frederick to take photographs of the booth and use them for any marketing related purposes. By typing your name in the box below, you agree to the statement above.
