Event Details

Postponed: October 12th - Oktoberfest 4-7 p.m.: We hope you'll be able to join us then! We're also inviting all of the Frederick Market vendors to attend the postponed date, so you can see them one last time this year! It's the Frederick Market everyone knows and loves! Help us ring in the age-old German tradition of Oktoberfest in our very own backyard. Beer, food, and fun - need we say more? Gunter's Bavarian Grill will be on hand serving traditional German fare including brats, kraut burgers, and spaetzle. We'll also have a selection of German beers from Frederick's own Echo Brewing. The Austrian Connection will be getting you into the Oktoberfest spirit with lively polka classics.

All your favorite market vendors will be in the south portion of the park so everyone can take advantage of the lovely summer shade and open up parking on 5th Street.

The Frederick Market’s mission is to bring locally produced food and goods to the residents of the Carbon Valley area in addition to providing local producers a venue to sell their goods, promote their business and connect with the community. With the location and timing of the market, it has become a community gathering place to not only get great products, but also visit Downtown Frederick and receive community information. We will be having Downtown Sounds at The Frederick Market every week! We will feature awesome musicians to entertain while you walk around the market and enjoy Crist Park.

July 6th - Frederick Market Donation Drive: Partnering with the Carbon Valley Help Center, The Town of Frederick is asking for your donations! Bring non-perishable foods, diapers, shampoo, conditioner, mouthwash and toothpaste. A donation will get your name in a drawing for a basket of vendor goodies. Come out to support the community and Carbon Valley!

July 13th - Relay for Life: The Relay for Life team will be here to Paint the Market Purple! Along with educating market-goers about their mission, the Relay for Life team will have hope rock painting and other purple tokens to help support the fight against cancer.
